* Submit at least one new membership enrollment form ... preferably you will submit several so you can test all the different features and options. When entering new inductee info, try the manual entry as well as the “file upload” feature; you can use each option as many times as you like during a single submission. Make note of any problems/issues you encounter at each step. Once you submit a membership enrollment form, you should receive an automated email confirmation. * Peruse your chapter’s "Directory" ... download your entire membership list ... try the sort feature online. * On the "Chapter Info" tab, update your contact info ... request new "managers" ... managers are the people who will be able to login to your chapter’s dashboard … I don't recommend deleting any managers at this point because then those people won't have access any more during this testing phase. But if you do delete someone by accident, just let us know ... we can always add managers again. * On the “Enrollments” tab, peruse your submitted enrollments … download your invoice(s) … try the sort feature … toggle between “open”, “completed”, and “all”. Once you submit a membership enrollment form, we will try to pretend like we have shipped your items and received payment from you ... once we do this, you should receive automated emails when those actions take place, and your "Enrollments" page will be updated too with the new details. * Test the "password reset" feature. This involves logging out, then at the login screen click the "Reset Password" link. You should receive an automated email with a temporary password. Login with these new credentials (and choose a more permanent password again).Once you have done all the testing you care to, please send one email to with all of your feedback ... it would be most helpful to have your email by Friday, July 19.| Period | 2024 |
