This course introduces students to the current human human resource issues in manufacturing industries. These include human resource needs in the new manufacturing environment involving steps in providing appropriate human resources, recruitment process, training, performance appraisal, legislation issuses, and workforce diversity. Prerequisite: Sophomore Standing. (F;S;SS)
