This course introduces students to the concepts of Six Sigma and the impact of Six Sigma on Quality improvements of enterprises. The course focuses on the body of knowledge required for ASQ certification, DMAIC and supporting quality tools are presented and explored. Prerequisite: None. (F;S;SS)
