This course will provide a critical review and analysis of current and emerging trends in managing technological innovations. It will emphasize the role of technology as a strategic means of achieving an organizational objectives. Topics of discussion will include, but not limited to technological innovation process, technological strategies, technological forecasting and assessment, management of research and development, managing new ventures and entrepreneurship.
