This course explores the similarities between the fundamental principles of momentum, heat, and mass transfer, develops analogies between the fundamentals that apply at microscopic and macroscopic scales; and uses the fundamentals in conjunction with conservation laws to develop mathematical descriptions of physiological and engineering systems.
