This course addresses basic design principles and construction processes relevant to architectural and civil structures. Site development, operational and structural systems, building codes and construction processes and procedures will be addressed. The course will introduce learners to sustainable design concepts and building information modeling (BIM) technology. Prerequisite: CGT 124.
