This course further develops many of the concepts introduced in Organic Chemistry I & II. Topics to be discussed may include: chemistry of enolates, enamines, dicarbonyl compounds, and amines, molecular orbital theory, conjugated pi systems, UV/vis spectroscopy, polymers, heterocycles, pericyclic reactions, carbohydrates, and lipids. Prerequisites: CHEM 222. (F)
