This course is for senior construction majors only. It is designed to prepare students for CM 401 – Senior Capstone Project. Emphasis will be placed on construction business management as well as bid proposal development. Students will be able to develop a construction business plan, and apply knowledge acquired in other construction management courses to develop a comprehensive construction bid proposal document.
