This course covers the basic principles and advanced practices in the selection, installation, operation, and maintenance of environmental control systems. Topics include mechanical and electrical equipment for buildings, piping system, water supply and design; sanitary drainage system and design, HVAC and cooling systems, electrical and lighting, and renewable energy systems. Prerequisite: CM 216, PHYS 225 and PHYS 235. (F;S;SS)
