This course is a culmination of all previous construction management-related coursework. Using a real-life project, the course will explore the concepts of project pre-planning, estimating and scheduling techniques, risk management, contract administration, and project management practices. Each student team will be required to prepare a comprehensive written bid proposal in response to an RFP for a commercial project. The completed bid document will be presented to a group of CM faculty and industry professionals. The overall goal of this course is to demonstrate the mastery of the construction management body of knowledge prior to graduation. Pre-requsiste: CM 400, CM 438. (F,S,S.)
