This course focuses on estimating techniques and various cost control measures used in construction industry. Topics to be covered include: conceptual, budget, and definitive estimates; work break down structure; bidding strategies; computer applications; and cost analysis techniques. Also, the course addresses the impacts of cost control measures on construction productivity. Prerequisites: CM 371 or Consent of Instructor. (F;S;SS)
