This course examines culturally responsive learning environments that engage and empower PK-12 students. Emphasis is placed on using the context of the learning environment to make instructional decisions. A 30-hour field experience in an approved learning environment is required. Prerequisites: CUIN 101 or equivalent and CUIN 110.
