This course provides students with an introduction to information security policies, and legal and ethical issues in information security. It will cover the issues related to creating security policies for organizations, laws concerning computer network security, including the legal boundaries for breaking into systems without authorization, as well as the ethical responsibilities of protecting network and computer systems.
