This course covers the design of RF CMOS integrated circuits. Passive and active RF components and their modeling using modern CAD tools, high-frequency circuit design techniques, noise analysis and RF circuits such as low-noise amplifiers (LNA), mixers, voltage-controlled oscillators (VCO), power amplifiers, and wireless tranceiver architectures will be presented.
