This course concentrates on decisions involving long-term financial commitments and survival of the firm, including capital budgeting policies and procedures, capital structure, long-term financing and cost of capital. Practical approaches and theoretical models are used to examine domestic and international finance. Prerequisite: FIN 253. (F;S)
