` industrial subdivision and the rules governing land development will be examined including the analysis of soils, topography, road geometry, utility design, environmental impact, aesthetic and economic principles in land development and planning. The permitting process at the local state and federal levels will be discussed, as well as the applicable federal, state and municipal platting regulations. Ethical considerations for land planning will also be discussed. Prerequisie: GEOM 307. Corequisite: GEOM 367. (F;S;SS)
