This course examines ethical decision making, basic legal concepts, contract negoation, and regulations on the organizational, state, and federal levels related to sport. The course aids the student in recognizing how these legal concepts can be applied in the administration and management of sport programs, facilities and personnel. Students also learn the importance of risk management and the process involved in developing a comprehensive risk management plan. Prerequisite: Graduate Student Standing. (F;S;SS)
