Description

This course focuses on long-term planning of organizations to provide future direction in a competitive market. Students will be provided with an overview and applications of strategic planning theories, methods, organizational culture and group processes in settings. Marketing as a component of the strategic management of healthcare settings will also be explored. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in HSM 221 and HSM 301. (F;S;SS)
