This course includes lectures, seminars and activities important to the engagement and leadership development of industrial and systems engineering students. Topics covered include learning styles, group dynamics, industrial and systems engineering history, and whole person development. Students are also provided with group advisement regarding department, college, and university-level policies and procedures. Prerequisite: None. (F;S)
