Concepts of random variate generation, Monte Carlo and discrete event simulation will be introduced. One general simulation language is taught in depth. The use of simulation modeling in design and improvement of production and service is emphasized. Projects are required. Prerequisites: INEN 370 and senior standing. (F;S)
