This course focuses on the practicle application of lean techniques in conjunction with the Six Sigma DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) roadmap. This involves application of process flow, quality and data analysis techniques to solve business and operation problems. This course provides the training basis for achieving the skill level of a Six Sigma Green Belt. Prerequisite: ISEN 370. (F;S)
