This course introduces technology entrepreneurial perspective and technology venture creation. The course addresses concepts essential to the entrepreneurial process such as taking a technology idea and findinga commercial opportunity, gathering resources, leading the team, building a business plan, marketing the concept, and managing rapid growth.
