This course addresses the translation of fundamental nano and bio technology concepts to practical industrial applications. Topics include the design , prototyping and development of nano/micro and bio manufacturing techniques. Supporting infrastructure, measurement tools, characterization devices, and positioning systems needed for nano/micro and bio manufacturing are discussed. current state-of-the-art research areas are discussed.
