This course provides students with scientific principles to develop safe and effective cardiovascular and resistance training programs for apparently healthy populations. The knowledge, skills, and abilities are based upon American College of Sports Medicine and National Strength and Conditioning Association guidelines. Prerequisites: KINS major, and a minimum grade of C in KINS 130 and a minimum grade of C in KINS 208 or a D in BIOL 350. Corequisite KINS 202. (F;S;SS)
