Description

This course is designed to meet specific competencies needed for students interested in pursuing certification as a strength and conditioning specialist. Training methods such as plyometric, score stability, olympic weightlifting, and anaerobic capacity programs are emphasized. The concepts of periodization, proper spotting technique, and test administration are also discussed. Prerequisites: Majors only Minimum grade of C in KINS 201/202 and KINS 345/346.
