Description

This course will involve the study and application of evidence-based safe and effective exercise programming for people who are apparently healthy. The course teaches how to exercise people of different ages and sex. The course focuses on understanding and applying the key principles in determining the type exercise, overall workload of a workout and the loading process, best suited for a person based on their specific characteristics. Prerequisites: KINS majors only and a minimum grade of C in KINS 201/202 and KINS 204/205 and KINS 345/346. (F;S;SS)
