This course is designed to examine (A) theories (e.g.. feminist, womanist, critical, critical race, etc.), (b) leadership models (e.g., servant, transformative, authentic, adaptive, etc.), and (c) issues (e.g., sexism, racism, glass ceiling, ethics of caring, double jeopardy, gender roles, etc.) related to women in leadership positions across different environments.
