This course will focus on effective and ethical global leadership in the areas of decision-making, problem-solving, competencies for addressing relationships, communication, teambuilding, leading visions into actions. Additionally, the course will emphasize stress and conflict management, interdependent thinking, valuing the ability to advance the work of the institution's place in global society, commu- nities and cultural awareness technology and global perspectives.
