Numerical methods as related to programming techniques, interpolation, extrapolation, approximate solutions of algebraic and transcendental equations, simultaneous linear equations, initial-value, characteristic-value and boundary-value problems, partial differential equations of the hyperbolic parabolic and elliptic types will be studied.
