This course deals with the fundamental principles of spark-ignition and compression ignition engines, combustion phenomena, the effect of fuel-air mixture, design of components of an internal combustion engine, and testing and performance curves. Design projects are assigned. Prerequisite: Meen 343. (F;S;SS)
