This is an integrative course that focuses on strategic planning, policy formulation and corporate-wide decision making. The performance objectives of this course involve analysis of complex organizations to: (1) identify major problems and opportunities; (2) establish strategic objectives; and (3) recommended implemenation of plans and programs. The case method is applied to reveal the nuances of organizational issues. Projects are assigned to develop critical thinking and communication skills.
