This course introduces students to the concepts of customer partnering relationships, with a goal of creating high customer satisfaction, market share, and net cash flow. Students will focus on integrating strategic, organizational informational, operational and financial perspectives to build strategic, organizational, informational, operational and financial perspectives to build effective solution-based outcomes for the customer and the organization.
