This course deals with p-n junction and Schottky barrier diodes, bipolar junction, and field effect transistors, heterostructure devices (e.g. heterojunction bipolar transistors and solar cells), device modeling and simulation. Prerequisites: NANO 702 or consent of instructor. (S)
