Description

This course focuses on the continued development of cognitive and psychomotor nursing skills. Psychosocial, physiological, and spiritual needs of adults with acute and chronic illness are explored in the context of professional nursing. The theory and clinical components focus on critical thinking and clinical judgement. Students learn to work within interprofessional teams and employ evidence-based practice to provide quality patient-centered care. Prerequisite: NURS 325. (F;S;SS)
