This course will introduce advanced statistical methods commonly used in healthcare research and biomedical and nursing research and appraise, integrate, and apply the best available research evidence from nursing and other sciences to advance nursing practice. Topics will include multiple regression, logistic regression, analysis of covariance. The focus of the course is on the application of evidence and statistical analysis using statistical software, and interpretation of results from computer outputs.
