This course provides students with the knowledge and understanding to apply nursing theory to practice and improve as nurse leaders. The relationship of nursing practice and relevant theories are considered within sociologic, behavioral, and biomedical context. Students are prepared to critically evaluate, compare, and apply theory as a basis for practice and delivery of equitable and just health care.
