This course is designed to provide healthcare leaders with the competencies needed to drive diversity as a core component of excellence in health care. At the end of this course, learners will be able to link diversity, equity, and inclusion directly to measurable goals of excellence in their institutions, learn to develop an organizational infrastructure focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and apply current research to the creation and execution 1of an institution’s strategic plan for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
