This course is an advanced study of electromagnetic phenomena which along with Physics 715 covers: electromagnetic properties of matter; propagation, radiation, and absorption of electromagnetic waves; simple radiating systems, special relativity; covatiant electrodynamics; radiation by moving charges. Prerequisites: PHYS 416 or Graduate Standing.
