This course continues the study of quantum theory which along with Physics 620 covers: theory of measurement with application to simple physical systems, operator formalism, symmetries and invariance, system of identical particles, angular momentum and the theory of spin, variational and pertubation approximation technique, time-dependent pertubation theory and radiation, scattering theory with applications. Prerequisite: PHYS 620.
