This course examines the complexity and conflicts of the institution and its members. This course explores the constitutional foundation and structure, committees, procedures, elections, and its relation to the Presidency and the Supreme Court. There will be considerable focus on policy-making and reform. Prerequisite: POLI 200. (F;S;SS)
