This course provides further study of descriptive and especially inferential statistics, including concepts and assumptions underlying parametric tests (e.g..ANOVA ), non-linear correlation and regression (e.g..logistic regression). and nonparametric (e.g.. Chi-Square, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis, Spearman Rank Order) statistical tests of significance, and the use of statistical software packages for data analysis. Prerequisites: PSYC 101 or 110, PSYC 250, PSYC 251 or 252. (F;S;SS)
