Biography

Dr. Romero received Ph.D. and M.A degrees in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University; a M.A. degree in Economics from Texas Tech University; and a B.Sc. degree, also in Economics, from The University of the Americas, in Puebla, Mexico. His current research involves Foreign Direct Investment, the role of culture in Economic Development, and Social Mobility.
