Dr. Dattaji Shinde has obtained B. S. Mechanical Engineering from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University(2000), M. S. Design Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology-IIT Delhi , India (2002) and Ph D in Nanoengineering from North Carolina A & T State University(2014) with 23 years of experience in teaching, research, industry, and consultancy in the field of Mechanical Engineering. He has supervised 7 Ph D candiadates and 50 master's thesis and over 100 senior deisgn projects, he have published 101 peer-reviewed artilces and 5 patents, has received numerous grant and awards. He is expertize in Mechanical Design eneginering, Composite Materials, FEM, Nanotechnology, 3D Printing and Product development. He has worked as Associate Professor and Chairperson of Production Engineering Department at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai University, India. Currently, he is working as Adjunct Professor with Mechanical Engineeing Department at N C A & T State University.
