Biography

Dr. Dattaji Shinde has obtained B. S. Mechanical Engineering from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University(2000), M. S. Design Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology-IIT Delhi , India (2002) and Ph D in Nanoengineering from North Carolina A & T State University(2014) with 23 years of experience in teaching, research, industry, and consultancy in the field of Mechanical Engineering. He has supervised 7 Ph D candidates and 50 master's thesis and over 100 senior design projects, he have published 101 peer-reviewed articles and 5 patents, has received numerous grant and awards. He is expertise in Mechanical Design engineering, Composite Materials, FEM, Nanotechnology, 3D Printing and Product development. He has worked as Associate Professor and Chairperson of Production Engineering Department at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai University, India. Currently, he is working as Adjunct Professor with Mechanical Engineering Department at N C A & T State University.
