Biography

Dr. Newcomb began her tenure at NC A&T in 2009 after earning her Ph.D. from North Carolina State University that same year. She is an engaged faculty member who is committed to providing a high quality learning experience for students and to contributing to the department, college, university, and the profession. She is active in the International Textile and Apparel Association as well as the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences at national and state levels.
