Biography
Received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in industrial engineering from Istanbul (Fatih) University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2003 and 2005, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in civil engineering from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC, USA, in 2008. Has been a faculty member at Benedict College, Columbia, SC. Is a researcher with the Information Trust Institute, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Served as Associate Director of the USDOT Center for Connected Multimodal Mobility (C2M2) and the National Center for Transportation Cybersecurity and Resiliency (TraCR) led by Clemson University.
