Dr. Isaiah O. Ugboro is a Professor of Organization Theory and Strategic Management in the School of Business and Economics at North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, NC. He has researched, presented and published several scholarly articles on Strategic Planning, Total Quality Management, Role of top management leadership, employee empowerment and organizational commitment, motivation and impediments to inter-organizational collaboration , organizational consequences of outsourcing and organizational restructuring; roles and characteristics of board of directors; the measurement of organizational effectiveness
