Biography
Dr. Richard W. Monroe holds a doctoral degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a master’s of science in Engineering Management from Western New England College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He has presented more than 50 academic papers at regional, national and international conferences on decision sciences and supply chain management topics. He has published a dozen peer-reviewed journal articles in the Business Process Management Journal, International Journal for Agile Manufacturing, International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Systems, International Journal of Applied Management Science and others. With more than 20 years of teaching experience and more than 10 years of industry experience, he brings a very practical element to his teaching.
