Biography

Dr. Shea Dunham is a highly experienced Counselor Educator with over 15 years of experience in higher education. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Dr. Dunham has been a clinician for over 19 years and specializes in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. She has extensive experience working with couples and has published and presented on various topics, including African Americans and intimacy, infidelity, attachment, conflictual relationships between parents and their adult children, complex trauma, and training counselors and marriage and family therapists. In addition to her clinical work, she offers coaching services to students facing academic or personal challenges. Dr. Dunham continues to serve clients in a private practice setting.
