Biography

Dr. McMillan is an Associate Professor and serves as the Program Coordinator for the M.A.T. Child Development Early Education and Family Studies (Birth-Kindergarten) program and Interim Program Coordinator for the M.A.T. Family and Consumer Sciences Education program in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences, College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences. She is recognized as a leader in child development and early education and she is often invited to do presentations and serve on local, state and/or national councils, boards, taskforces, and committees who are concerned about the early care and education of young children and their families.
