Abstract
The dynamics of light beam interaction in nonlinear optical media are studied both numerically and analytically. The beam dynamics are simulated by the beam propagation method. Numerical results agree with those obtained from the analytical model. Results demonstrate that reflection and transmission can be predicted and controlled by a trapped Airy beam at the interface of two nonlinear optical media. Some interesting new results will be presented in this talk.
